Newbury, 7th June, 1785. This certifieth that then Capt. Thomas Johnson personally appeared and gave solemn oath to the truth of the within roll, errors excepted, before me.

Pay Table Office, Sunderland, July 9, 1785. The within Pay Roll is examined and approved and the Treasurer is directed to pay the same, amounting to the sum of seventy-five pounds three shillings and three pence, lawful money, to Capt. Thomas Johnson (or bearer.)
